Rodney Jones, Educator and musician extraordinaire; George Benson calls him “a legend among musicians”, I’m proud and privileged to call him a friend and I’m going to be spending a whole show chatting to Rodney about his 30 years as a music educator all over the world, about Dizzy Gillespie, Jimmy Smith, Ruth Brown, Lena Horne, Maceo Parker, Diane Reeves and the other wonderful musicians he’s collaborated with over the years.
