At the suggestion of Ian Charles Scott an old friend of mine Carol Goss invited me to be her guest on the Christmas Carol Show. Much in the style of Desert Island Discs I chose some of my favourite songs as a bit of a soundtrack to my life.

I chat with Carol about growing up in South East London in the 1960s, my dad’s love of Big Band Music, tell stories about life on the road over 30 years with Maceo Parker, about meeting Prince and other glorious stories.
