Shelley has worked for over 30 years in the provision of training and consultancy services in equality, diversity, leadership and management development. Her clients have included the Ministry of Defence, the British Army, the Royal Air Force, the Royal Navy,the Metropolitan and Thames Valley Police services, and the Home Office.
